Job summary

Flexjet Interiors is seeking Finish Technicians to service and refinish aircraft cabinetry and related systems. You will remove, install, modify, re-laminate and fabricate cabinets, and apply coatings to achieve high-quality finishes.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of cabinetry experience in aviation, strong mechanical aptitude, and basic computer skills. Familiarity with aviation maintenance software such as Corridor is a plus; FAA rules apply.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years’ experience on aircraft cabinetry, including building, modification, and finishing.
• Strong mechanical aptitude within aviation and knowledge of interiors and components.
• Basic computer skills.
• Experience with aviation maintenance software; Corridor background preferred.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Compliant with FAA guidelines and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Perform general mechanical functions on aircraft cabinets and related systems, including removal, installation, and fabrication of cabinets.
• Spray and finish gloss or satin coatings.
• Perform minor modifications and wood touch up repairs.
• Maintain and repair equipment and tooling; keep shop clean.
• Work independently as required and follow management directions.
