Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proven experience in construction finishing, concrete work, or related field.
• Ability to operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Familiarity with finishing techniques and materials.
• Good attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints/specifications.
• Physical stamina for manual labor in varying weather.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Apply finishing materials such as concrete, asphalt, sealants, and coatings to surfaces.
• Smooth and level surfaces using hand tools and power equipment.
• Perform grading and compaction of various materials.
• Assist with installation and repair of concrete forms, rebar, and other structural components.
• Operate small construction equipment like walk-behind compactors and concrete saws.
• Ensure proper curing and protection of finished surfaces.
• Inspect work for quality and adherence to blueprints and safety standards.
• Collaborate with crew members to complete projects efficiently.
• Maintain tools and equipment and follow safety policies.
