Sunland Asphalt and Construction, LLC is seeking an experienced Finish Skip Loader to join our Civil Construction division in Phoenix, AZ. The role involves operating the Finish Skip Loader on paving and concrete projects, ensuring safety and quality while coordinating with foreman and crew.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years Finish Skip Loader experience required.
• Ability to speak, read and write English preferred.
• Current driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate the Finish Skip Loader for paving and concrete projects.
• Inspect, clean, and maintain equipment and machinery.
• Coordinate with contractors, sub-contractors and vendors to complete the job.
• Serve as a front-line company representative and provide excellent service to customers.
• Ensure safety and production goals as directed by Foreman/Superintendent.
• Follow daily production schedules and safety policies.
