Job summary

Wabash Castings LLC is seeking a Finish Process worker to prepare castings for shipment. You will finish castings with hand tools, run shot blast, and test equipment to ensure quality before leaving the line.

You will rotate through every job on the process line, with training provided if you lack manufacturing experience. This full-time role offers growth opportunities and a hands-on team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 75 lbs with assistance as needed.

Responsibilities

• Finish castings using light hand tools and test fixtures.
• Load and unload castings on processing equipment.
• Operate shot blast and test equipment.
• Rotate through all positions on the process line and follow safety rules.
• Complete required production paperwork.
