Job summary

BEGA North America Inc is seeking a Finish Prep Assistant I in Colorado to support the paint and powder coating process. You will prepare materials, load conveyor lines, mask parts, and inspect components for quality under supervision of the Department Line Lead.

The role requires strong English communication, basic math, hand tools competency, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with safety first.

Qualifications

• Speak, read & write in English.
• Able to count accurately and do basic math.
• Competency with hand tools.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email).

Responsibilities

• Sand material in preparation for painting/powder coating.
• Operate automated equipment used in the paint prep process.
• Apply epoxy to material as needed in preparation for painting/powder coating.
• Hang material and load on conveyor line for powder coating.
• Plug threaded holes on parts in preparation for powder coating.
• Unload parts off conveyor line and package.
• Mask parts in preparation for liquid paint application.
• Clean conveyor line hooks using abrasive blast media.
