Job summary

Belcan Corporation in Greensboro, NC seeks a Paint Specialist to support aircraft finishing operations. Under supervision, you will assist with masking and demasking, part staging, material handling, inspection prep, and maintain a clean, safe work area.

This contract‑to‑hire role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, English proficiency, and availability for overtime or flexible scheduling. Preferred experience includes working in commercial aircraft or automotive paint environments;

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be available for overtime and/or work flexible schedule as job requirements dictate.
• Must and be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of aircraft parts, components, and assemblies for painting and surface finishing operations.
• Apply and remove masking materials to protect designated surfaces and prepare parts and assemblies for painting and quality inspection.
• Stage, organize, and position parts and assemblies on worktables and fixtures in preparation for priming and painting processes.
• Verify, organize, and attach required documentation to completed parts for submission to Quality Inspection.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with company policies and safety standards.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned
