Job summary

Wasserstrom Company is hiring for a finishing position in its manufacturing plant. The role focuses on coating materials with stains, paints, and lacquers using spray guns and related equipment.

You will tape, prep, prime, and paint wood or metal items while following customer specifications and maintaining safety and quality standards. Applicants should have a High School diploma or GED and 1–3 months of related experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School or GED.
• 1–3 months related experience and/or training.
• Ability to read a tape measure to 1/16 inch.
• Knowledge of finishing materials such as stains, paints, lacquers.

Responsibilities

• Spray wood stains and clear topcoats on materials.
• Tape, prep, prime, and paint wood and/or metal items.
• Work with build documents and basic drawings.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace/shop.
• Perform other manufacturing tasks as needed.
