Job summary

Parker Hannifin is seeking a finish/assembly associate to perform duties in the finish/assembly area, including coiling, packing, reel making, tire wrapping and mandrel processing. You will follow standard work, inspect final products and ensure packaging meets customer requirements.

Work safely in a high‑volume manufacturing environment, communicate effectively with team members, and complete required documentation.

Qualifications

Education: High School diploma or GED preferred.
Experience: Previous experience in manufacturing preferred.
Good verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
Sound decision making skills.
Good math, reading and writing skills.
Able to maintain continuous mental, visual and auditory attention.
Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

Work safely in accordance with regulations, standards, and procedures to protect health and environment.
Follow standard work for assembly, packaging, processing, and inspection of final product.
Perform quality inspections of packaging materials and final product as packaged.
Ensure all required documents are properly completed.
Ensure packages and disks are labeled correctly.
Ensure final product meets customer requirements.
Operate material handling equipment and hoist if needed.
