Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Good verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Sound decision making and basic math, reading and writing abilities.
• Ability to exercise continuous mental, visual and audio attention.
• Basic computer skills and teamwork oriented.
• Ability to operate material handling equipment if needed.
• Attention to detail to ensure final product meets requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties in finish/assembly area including coiling, packing, reel making, tire wrapping, and mandrel processing.
• Work safely and report unsafe conditions or incidents.
• Follow standard work for assembly, packaging, processing and inspection of final product.
• Conduct quality inspections of packaging materials and final product.
• Ensure all required documents are completed and packages labeled correctly.
• Verify final product meets customer requirements.
• Collaborate with peers and participate in Lean/5S improvements when required.
