Job summary

Qualifications

• One (1) year manufacturing experience or equivalent work experience.
• Bilingual a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification required.
• Basic mathematics.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Controlling and adjusting machine settings (e.g., speed).
• Feeding raw material or parts to semi-automated machines.
• Uses forklift to move material in the shipping yard (When is required).
• Examines sketches, diagrams, samples, blueprints, or photographs to decide how designs are to be etched, mark, or engraved onto workpieces.
• Participates in continuous improvement and LEAN manufacturing principles.
• Participates in on-the-job training to enhance skills related to job function, quality, safety, LEAN manufacturing, and other topics, as necessary.
• Stacks and organizes large bulk items.
• Performs daily inspections on vehicles and informs manager of any needed repairs.
• Completes all necessary paperwork on completed task.
• Wears appropriate safety equipment for work being performed and as directed by company policy.
• Maintains a safe work environment and housekeeping rule.
• All other duties and assignments instructed.
• Setting up machines to start a production cycle.
