Qualifications

• Manufacturing/production experience preferred.
• Experience with assembly, machine operation, inspection, or material handling is beneficial.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and documentation.
• Basic measurement device use required.
• Willingness to learn and become certified in multiple operations.

Responsibilities

• Operate finishing equipment safely per work instructions and procedures.
• Perform production tasks and ensure quality checks.
• Load/unload materials through manufacturing stages.
• Conduct visual and dimensional inspections and document results.
• Maintain 5S housekeeping and support shift schedules and safety rules.
