Responsibilities:
Finish Machine Operators are responsible for operating pouch-making equipment safely and efficiently while maintaining production and quality standards. This position performs machine changeovers, preventive maintenance, quality checks, roll changes, splice removal, production reporting, and data entry.
The operator also supports the daily work of Finish Assistants and helps train new and current employees. This role is ideal for a dependable, detail-oriented team member who is comfortable working with production equipment and helping others succeed.
