Job summary

Cabinetworks Group is seeking a Full-time On/Off Loader in Culver, Indiana. You will hang cabinetry components on finish lines, ensure proper line density, follow color sequences, scan move tickets, and place carts in building areas. Emphasis on safety, teamwork, and cross-training within the production flow.

The role requires reading a tape measure, reading move tickets, and strong attention to detail. You will work as a key member of the production line, contributing to quality and efficiency

Qualifications

• Ability to read a tape measure.
• Ability to read the move ticket.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain production and quality standards.
• Hang components on finish lines with spacing no more than 18 inches.
• Follow color sequence and scan move tickets.
• Place carts in designated building areas.
• Follow all safety rules, JSA and work instructions.
• Operate as an active member of the work team.
• Be cross-trained in related processes as needed.
• Adhere to environmental policies and safe work practices.
