Heavy Equipment Operator

VT Construction is a heavy civil / dirt-moving construction company based in Las Vegas, NV. We are looking for experienced Blade Hand / Motor Grader / Dozer Operators. VT Construction is a family-owned company offering competitive hourly rates, weekly payroll, and company-paid medical and dental insurance after a probationary period. This is a full-time position with excellent benefits.

We are specifically seeking experienced operators with dirt-work experience operating (but not limited to):

• 14M or 16H Blades (Finish Grade)
• Dozer D5 - D9 (Finish)

Requirements:

• Experience operating CAT, John Deere, and/or Komatsu motor graders or dozers
• Reliable transportation and willingness to relocate at your own expense
• OSHA 10 Construction Safety and Health certification
• Ability to pass a drug test and background screening
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to withstand extreme conditions: heat, wind, cold, and noise during extended shifts
• Works well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with Topcon or Trimble GPS Systems is a plus
• Other duties as assigned by management
