Job summary

Quality Labor Management (QLM) seeks an experienced commercial finish carpenter in Nashville, TN. You will measure, cut, fit, and install finish carpentry materials to exact specifications, whether custom or pre-fabricated.

The role emphasizes precise joints, level moldings, and careful cabinet and flooring installation to achieve a polished finish. Requirements include 3–5 years of finish carpentry experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to lift and operate common carpentry

Qualifications

3-5 years of commercial finish carpentry experience.
Experience with millwork: trim, panels, cabinets, stainless base, quartz countertops.
Strong measurements and precise cuts.
Good math skills for material estimation.
Physically fit and able to lift and stand long hours.

Responsibilities

Cut, fit, and install materials according to measurements.
Install cabinets in designated spaces; measure and cut wood for bases, pedestals, shelves, tops, and drawers.
Create and install custom flooring; stain and finish as needed.
