Job summary

Skillforce is hiring an experienced Millwork & Cabinet Installer for commercial projects in Nashville and Memphis, TN. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience installing commercial cabinetry, casework, and custom millwork and take pride in delivering high-quality, precise installations.

This full-time role offers a 40-hour work week, on-site work across Nashville and Memphis, and pay of $27–$30 per hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience installing custom cabinetry and millwork.
• Familiarity with frameless cabinet installs and casework systems.
• Able to read schematics and blueprints.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Install custom cabinetry, casework, paneling, trim, and millwork.
• Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and installation plans to ensure accuracy.
• Verify that installations adhere to quality standards, design specifications, and customers' expectations.
• Troubleshoot to resolve fit and alignment issues.
• Adjust doors, drawers, and specialty hardware.

Millwork and Cabinet Installer Responsibilities:

• Install custom cabinetry, casework, paneling, trim, and architectural millwork
• Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and installation plans to ensure accuracy
• Verify that all installations adhere to quality standards, design specifications, and customers' expectations
• Troubleshoot to resolve fit and alignment issues
• Adjusting doors, drawers, and specialty hardware

Millwork and Cabinet Installer Qualifications
