Job summary

Westover Property Management Company Lp in King of Prussia, PA is seeking an experienced Skilled Tradesman/Carpenter for Residential Rehab. The role focuses on interior remodeling, kitchens and bathrooms, cabinetry and vanity installations. You will work Monday–Friday, 8am–4:30pm, with up to 25% travel.

Valid driver’s license and own tools required. Benefits include medical, vision, dental, life/AD&D, disability, paid time off and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ finish carpentry experience.
• 3+ years rough carpentry experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must own your own carpentry tools.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly skilled in carpentry.
• Knowledge of methods, tools, machines and materials used in construction related to carpentry.
• Ability to interpret technical specifications.
• Basic plumbing.
• Tile work.
• Install cabinets, counters and molding.
• Regular attendance and punctuality.
