Job summary

Schwieters Companies, Inc. in Hugo, Minnesota is seeking full-time Finish Carpenters to complete interior finishing for residential and commercial projects. Responsibilities include installing trim, doors, and cabinetry, among other duties. Successful candidates will have experience in finish carpentry, a dependable vehicle, and must pass a pre-employment screening.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Complete all the interior finishing for residential and commercial projects.
• Install base, casing, crown moulding, hardware, doors, vanities, cabinets, and stair rails.
• Other duties as assigned.

Schwieters Companies in the Minneapolis/St. Paul metro area is seeking to hire full‑time Finish (Interior Trim) Carpenters.

Job Responsibilities

• Complete all the interior finishing for both our residential and commercial projects
• You will install the following:
  • Base
  • Casing (windows/doors/closets)
  • Crown moulding
  • Hardware
  • Doors
  • Vanities
  • Cabinets
  • Stair rails
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Finish carpentry experience in both residential and/or commercial new construction homes preferred

WORK SCHEDULE

• Monday-Friday, 40-50 hours per week starting at the jobsite at 6am
• Monday-Friday, overtime as needed

PAY

• $20-$40/hr. (determined by experience)
