Job summary

Schwieters Companies, Inc. is seeking full-time experienced finish carpenters and foremen (interior trim carpenters) to complete interior finishes on residential and commercial projects. The role requires 3+ years of finish carpentry and experience installing cabinets and stair rails with spindles.

The schedule starts at 6am on-site, with 40–50 hours per week and overtime as needed. Competitive pay ranges from $25–$40 per hour, plus benefits and possible vehicle and gas card.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years finish carpentry experience in residential and/or commercial new construction.
• Experience installing kitchen cabinets and stair rails with spindles.
• Candidate must have a good work history.
• Must have valid driver's license and dependable vehicle.
• Must pass pre-employment background check, drug screen and physical/work performance test.

Responsibilities

• Complete all interior finishing for residential and commercial projects.
• Install cabinets, vanities, stair rails, base, casing, crown moulding, hardware, window trim, doors and trim.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Title

Full‑time Experienced Finish Carpenters and Foremen (Interior Trim Carpenters)

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years finish carpentry experience in both residential and/or commercial new construction
• Experience independently installing kitchen cabinets and stair rails with spindles
• Candidate must have a good work history
• Dependable vehicle
• Valid driver's license
• Motivated and reliable
• Must pass a pre‑employment background check, drug screen and physical/work performance test (this is a safety‑sensitive position)
