Job summary

Schwieters Companies is seeking dedicated experienced finish carpenters to join our growing team. This role serves our projects in the South Metro and Lakeville areas, with a focus on high‑quality interior finishes for single family and multifamily new construction.

You will install cabinets and vanities, stair rails, base and crown moulding, doors and trim, and window sills, while maintaining a clean, safe, efficient job site.

Qualifications

• 3-4+ years of finish carpentry experience in single family and/or multifamily new construction required.
• Proven experience independently installing kitchen cabinets and stair rail systems.
• Strong work history and reliability.
• Valid driver's license and dependable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Complete all the interior finishing for both single family and multifamily new construction projects.
• Install: Cabinets & vanities; Stair rails systems; Base, casing, shoe, and crown moulding; Doors and hardware; Window sills and trim.
• Maintain a clean and safe job site.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Other duties as assigned.

Location: South Metro/Farmington/Lakeville Areas

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: $25-$40/hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40-50 hours/week, starting at 6am
