Job summary

The RealReal, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager for Fine Jewelry and Watches in Secaucus, NJ. This exempt supervisory role leads the FJW Authentication teams and partners with senior leaders to meet KPIs and develop staff.

Responsibilities include overseeing 15-20 team members, driving production, coaching daily, and ensuring policy adherence while promoting our values and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of managing a team in ecommerce/retail/watch/jewelry or comparable roles.
• Strong leadership, coaching and performance management skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of 15-20 people.
• Conduct formal and informal feedback conversations.
• Drive KPIs and team engagement daily.
• Coordinate training and development opportunities.
• Report daily performance to management and ensure policy adherence.
