Macy's seeks a Fine Jewelry Sales Colleague to provide outstanding service in our Fine Jewelry and Watch Complex. You will educate customers on precious metals, gemstones, and luxury brands, building lasting relationships through consultative selling.

You will promote loyalty programs, support inventory and events, and ensure secure, well-presented merchandise while meeting sales goals. Weekend availability and 1–2 years of related experience are expected.

Qualifications
