Macy's, Inc. is seeking a Fine Jewelry Sales Colleague to deliver outstanding customer service in our Fine Jewelry and Watch Complex.

You will provide elegant, expert guidance to help customers select pieces that celebrate life’s moments and build lasting relationships through consultative selling. You will educate clients on precious metals, gemstones, and luxury brands, promote loyalty programs, and support inventory, events, and impeccable presentation of merchandise.

Qualifications
