Responsabilités

• Welcome and engage clients on the sales floor, creating a warm, personal shopping experience.
• Support the sales team with client appointments, sales, follow-up, and customer service.
• Build product knowledge across M. Flynn collections and designers, and learn to present and sell them confidently.
• Help clients with purchases, returns, exchanges, repairs, and other service needs.
• Process and fulfill online orders accurately and efficiently; prepare jewelry for shipment and monitor order status.
• Assist with merchandising, inventory, and maintaining the sales floor; support store events and trunk shows.
