Job summary

LAGOS is seeking a dedicated store support associate to help deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will assist with transactions, online orders, inventory, and store operations while upholding the Lagos brand standards.

Responsibilities include processing sales, replenishing stock, maintaining displays, and collaborating with leadership to ensure efficient store performance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of retail operations and inventory management.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.
• Proficiency with retail software systems.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and direct them to the appropriate Sales Associate.
• Process sales, returns, and exchanges using the POS system.
• Assist with online order fulfillment, including picking, packing, and shipping items for customer pickup or delivery.
• Receive deliveries, unload stock, and process merchandise in the back room.
• Replenish merchandise from storage to the sales floor to maintain product availability.
• Perform physical inventory counts and audits and investigate discrepancies.
• Assist with product displays and maintain merchandise presentation.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store and assist with opening/closing procedures.
• Collaborate with store leadership to support customer service and inventory goals while staying flexible during peak periods.
