Job summary

Hollywood Casino Lawrenceburg is seeking an experienced kitchen professional to support high-volume casual dining. You will be responsible for safe, efficient production of a variety of menu items, maintaining quality and par levels across stations.

You will assist with setup, training, and cross-utilization of labor; ensure SOPs are followed and equipment remains in good condition. Strong safety awareness and English literacy are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred for advanced roles.
• Casual dining kitchen experience in a high-volume setting is preferred.
• Serve-safe certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for safe, efficient production of food products with quality and quantity control.
• Assist with setup and operation of multiple stations; coach others for cross-utilization.
• Produce stocks, soups, and sauces as part of daily meal service.
• Follow SOPs and production lists to meet par levels and specifications.
• Maintain safety by following emergency procedures and keeping work area hazard-free.
