Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and capable of standing for long periods.
• High-volume casual dining experience preferred with ability to read/interpret recipes.
• Serve-Safe certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Produce stocks, soups, and sauces as part of daily menu offerings.
• Set up and operate multiple kitchen stations and assist with cross-utilization of labor.
• Follow SOPs to meet par levels and maintain clean, safe work area.
• Communicate with supervising chef and team; ensure equipment is in good condition.
• Work in a fast-paced environment and support guest service goals.
