The Club at Glenmore in Keswick, VA is seeking a Sous Chef with a strong work ethic and passion for cooking. The role covers daily prep across pantry, sauté and grill, emphasizing food appearance, quality and taste for members and guests.

Responsibilities include food production and plate-up for lunch and dinner, plus assist with on-site weddings/events. Compensation ranges from $50k to $60k annually, with benefits described by the club.

Competenze

• Previous fine dining experience is needed.
• Thorough understanding and knowledge of safety, sanitation and food handling procedures.
• Ability to take direction and work as a team member.
• Problem solving, self-motivation and organization.
• Commitment to quality service.
• Ability to stand, bend, stretch, lift and carry heavy materials.
• Weekend and holiday availability with no late nights (restaurant closes 8–9pm).
