Goodwin Recruiting is seeking a skilled Sous Chef for a high-volume fine-dining restaurant in Atlanta, GA. The ideal candidate will bring 2–4 years of Sous Chef experience, hands-on leadership, and a passion for premium ingredients.

Experience with fresh pasta, breads, and doughs is required. The role offers base salary up to $70k, plus yearly bonus up to $8k, along with health insurance, paid vacation, and a 401k.
