Job summary

Chophouse at Nocatee is seeking a Server Assistant to support the service team and deliver an exceptional dining experience. You will help maintain tables, assist servers, and collaborate with bartenders and kitchen staff to uphold fine dining standards.

Responsibilities include ensuring tables are clean and reset, attending to guest needs promptly, and coordinating with the team to keep service moving smoothly. A calm, professional demeanor and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a busser, server assistant, or similar role in a fine dining environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards of service and cleanliness.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm and professional.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate with front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
• Familiarity with fine dining service protocols is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Table maintenance: clear, clean, and reset tables between courses and after guests leave; replace silverware and glassware as needed.
• Assist servers with greeting guests, refilling water, replenishing beverages, and crumb tables.
• Support servers and coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining areas and service stations.
• Assist with setup, breakdown, and special events or private dining experiences.
• Communicate clearly with servers, hosts, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.
• Contribute to pacing of the dining experience to avoid delays.
