Job summary

Red Hawk Resort + Casino is seeking Fine Dining Food Servers to provide prompt and courteous service in a luxury dining setting. You will take and fill food and beverage orders, maintain a clean dining area, and stay current with menu items and allergens to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Requires at least 18 years of age and a minimum of six months food server experience; prior fine dining experience and knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits are advantageous for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Delivers prompt, courteous service of food and beverages to restaurant guests.
• Takes and fills orders and keeps dining area and kitchen clean and neat.
• Maintains knowledge of the menu and allergens.
• Informs guests of venue offerings and ensures timely beverage refills.
• Performs pre-busing and preserves a clean dining space for guests and staff.
