Matchbox is seeking enthusiastic servers to join our high-energy dining team. As a Server, you will greet guests warmly, guide them through the menu, and help create a memorable dining experience.

Candidates should have fine dining experience, a great attitude and work ethic, be 21 or older, and be flexible to work weekends and holidays. You will contribute to fast-paced service with accuracy and a guest-first mindset.

• Able to work flexible shifts and schedules, inclusive of weekends, and all holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide a welcoming atmosphere upon their arrival.
• Guide guests through the menu, offering recommendations and answering questions about dishes and beverages.
• Take accurate food and drink orders and communicate them to the kitchen and bar team promptly.
• Ensure seamless service by attending to guests' needs throughout their dining experience.
• Handle payments and process transactions efficiently, ensuring accuracy and providing excellent customer service.
