matchbox is hiring enthusiastic servers to create memorable dining experiences with high-energy service and great food.

As a Server, you will greet guests, guide them through the menu with recommendations, take accurate orders, and coordinate with kitchen and bar teams.

Qualifications include prior server experience, the ability to work 21 years or older, and a strong attitude and work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide a welcoming atmosphere.
• Guide guests through the menu, offering recommendations and answering questions about dishes and beverages.
• Take accurate food and drink orders and communicate them to the kitchen and bar team promptly.
• Ensure seamless service by attending to guests' needs throughout their dining experience.
• Handle payments and process transactions efficiently, ensuring accuracy and providing excellent customer service.
