Job summary

El Gaucho Boise is seeking experienced Fine Dining Servers who bring hospitality mastery and a passion for memorable guest experiences. You will manage a 3–4 table section and coordinate between front- and back-of-house to deliver a refined dining experience with accuracy and warmth.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years in fine dining, knowledge of food/wine/beverage, and strong hospitality-driven sales skills. Proficiency with POS systems and cash handling is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of serving in fine-dining or upscale environments.
• Deep knowledge of food, wine, and beverage with menu confidence.
• Strong salesmanship rooted in hospitality and relationship-building.
• Proficiency with POS systems for order entry and payments.
• Accurate and efficient cash handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver polished fine-dining service for a 3–4 table section with warmth and precision.
• Apply knowledge of food, beverage, and wine to elevate guest experiences.
• Execute fine-dining steps of service with proper pacing.
• Drive sales through hospitality-driven recommendations.
• Coordinate with front-of-house and back-of-house teams during service.
