Job summary

Bar Meets Grill is seeking a professional server to deliver fine dining food and beverage service to guests in a polished, attentive manner. You will greet and seat guests, present wine, and perform all opening and closing side work to maintain restaurant cleanliness.

Ideal candidates have two years of fine dining experience, strong English skills, and POS data entry experience. A High School Diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years fine dining experience preferred.
• Must read, write, speak and understand English.
• Must be able to perform server cashier function.
• Must have excellent wine knowledge and appreciation.
• Must have point of sales data entry experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide fine dining food and beverage service to Bar Meets Grill’s guests.
• Prepare menu items tableside.
• Full menu item ingredient preparation and knowledge.
• Wine presentation and service.
• Preset and clear tables when needed.
• Perform any scheduled, assigned or delegated duties in order to maintain restaurant cleanliness.
• Perform all opening and closing side work.
• Greet and seat guests.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
