Stein Eriksen Lodge in Park City, Utah, seeks a fine dining server to deliver hospitable, informed service across Lodge outlets. You will adapt to service style, provide accurate knowledge of menu items, and maintain professional presentation throughout shifts.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of server experience, strong communication and organization skills, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Benefits include health/dental/vision and ski benefits.

Qualifications

• Good communication, organization and concentration required.
• Utah state approved liquor handler’s certification within 90 days of hire.
• Ability to lift, push & pull up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Sets up kitchen and dining room work areas in a timely, thorough manner.
• Maintains all work areas neat and efficient during service.
• Presents a knowledgeable, professional demeanor at all times.
• Prioritizes and maintains efficiency as work volume fluctuates.
• Uses high level technical service practices.
• Displays knowledge of menu items and Lodge information.
• Clear, respectful communication with coworkers and kitchen staff.
• Adheres to house policies for liquor service and smoking.
• Accurate, prompt collection of payment and guest checks.
• Reconciliation of receipts and shift close paperwork.
• Clean up, break down and reset of work station and dining room.
