Job summary

Stein Eriksen Lodge, a premier Deer Valley destination in Park City, Utah, seeks an experienced server for fine-dining outlets. You will deliver hospitable, informed and prompt service, set up stations, and maintain professional demeanor throughout shifts.

Responsibilities include menu knowledge, precise service, teamwork with kitchen and other departments, and adherence to lodge policies. Benefits include perks and a ski-heavy lifestyle with competitive wages.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of server experience in a fine-dining setting.
• Strong communication, organizational and concentration skills.
• Attain Utah state approved liquor handler’s certification within 90 days of hire and retain certificate.
• Ability to work with other servers and all department staff as a team.
• Ability to lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Sets up dining station and work areas for service to handle peak business.
• Maintains neat, efficient work areas during service.
• Displays professional demeanor before guests at all times.
• Prioritizes and maintains efficiency as service volume fluctuates.
• Exhibits thorough knowledge of menu items and Lodge offerings.
• Communicates clearly with co-workers to expedite orders and service.
• Adheres to house policies on liquor service and smoking regulations.
• Accurately processes payment and closes guest checks.
