Job summary

Fiddler's Elbow Golf and Country Club in Bedminster, NJ is seeking a part-time Server to join our fine dining team. You will assist with table service, set-up, and clean-up in a fast-paced environment, ensuring guests have a superior dining experience.

The role requires excellent guest interaction, ability to handle multiple tasks, and teamwork with the Food & Beverage staff. Prior serving experience is a plus, but not required; 18+ age minimum applies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous serving experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to communicate and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Attend pre-function meetings.
• Provide immediate attention to Members & Guests.
• Describe menu items, specials, and drinks accurately.
• Ensure Members and Guests enjoy their experience and take corrective action if needed.
• Communicate respectfully to Members and coworkers.
• Clean all assigned work areas and wipe tables, chairs, counters.
• Assist with closing functions such as folding napkins and polishing glassware.
• Pour/refill beverages and take/enter orders into the POS system.
• Place orders in the POS system and run food or drinks as needed.
• Be ready to assist fellow staff during busy periods.
