Job summary

Fiddler’s Elbow Country Club in Bedminster, NJ is seeking a part-time Server for fine dining. The role involves guest interaction, serving, setup and cleanup in a fast-paced environment.

Must be 18+, previous serving experience preferred but not required; strong communication and teamwork are key. This position offers hourly pay between $18.00 and $19.00, with opportunities for seasonal shifts and benefits described by the club.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous serving experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and a customer-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Attend pre-function meetings.
• Provide immediate attention to Members & Guests.
• Describe menu items, specials, drinks.
• Ensure guests enjoy their experience and address issues.
• Communicate respectfully with Members and coworkers.
• Set up and clean assigned work areas.
• Assist with closing functions and glassware.
• Pour/refill beverages.
• Enter orders into POS system.
• Run food or drinks when needed.
• Support fellow employees as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
