The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in fine dining, excellent communication, and a team-focused, detail-oriented approach, with basic math and POS skills to support smooth service.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in fine dining or casual fine dining.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Extensive food and wine knowledge.
• Intellectual curiosity.
• Ability to work clean, organized, and as part of a team.
• Excellent basic math skills and ability to operate a POS and Microsoft based computer system.
