You will work closely with Kitchen and Management to ensure flawless service, uphold dining room standards, and suggest pairings with confidence.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of restaurant serving experience; fine dining experience preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong knowledge of food, wine, cocktails, and beverage service.
Ability to learn and confidently explain Indian cuisine and cultural dining traditions.
Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Professional demeanor with a genuine passion for hospitality.
Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Food Handler and Alcohol Service Certification if required by state law.
