Job summary

Major Food Group in Coconut Grove, Miami, FL, is hiring part-time servers to join Sadelle's team. This role requires attentiveness to guests, menu knowledge, and collaboration with kitchen and bar staff.

Preferred candidates have 2+ years in high-volume or fine dining settings. A culinary diploma or equivalent is strongly preferred, along with a positive, team-oriented attitude and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in high-volume and fine dining restaurants preferred but not required.
• Culinary diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and order
• Attend to customers upon entrance
• Present restaurant menus and help customers select food/beverages
• Take and serve orders
• Answer questions or make recommendations for complementary products
• Collaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff
• Experience working in fine dining restaurants is preferred
• You must possess a positive and teamwork oriented attitude
