Job summary

The Server role at 3400 Highway 246 in Santa Ynez, CA is a full-time position within the resort’s dining service team. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, legal drinking age, Serv Safe and ABC certifications within 30 days, and prior fine-dining serving experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED Certificate.
• Must be 21 years of age or older to sell or serve distilled spirits.
• Must register in the RBS Portal and pass ABC Alcohol Server Certification within 30 days.
• Serv Safe certification and Food Handler certification within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Delivers exceptional guest service (prompt, friendly, professional).
• Takes food and beverage orders and serves them in a timely manner.
• Completes opening, running, and closing duties.
• Familiarizes with menu items and ordering process.
• Maintains Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) compliance.
• Confirms legal drinking age for alcohol orders.
• Processes payments using the POS system.
