Job summary

Swinomish Casino & Lodge is seeking a Server to provide attentive, personalized service in an upscale dining setting on the Washington coast. You will guide guests through the menu, make recommendations, enter orders accurately into the POS, and ensure outstanding hospitality from arrival to departure.

Candidates should be professional, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating memorable dining experiences; prior restaurant or fine dining exposure is preferred, with a valid Food Handler's

• Strong communication and guest service skills with a professional and polished demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional table service with a focus on guest satisfaction and attention to detail.
• Present menus, describe menu items, answer questions, and make food and beverage recommendations.
• Accurately enter orders into the POS system and process guest payments.
• Monitor guest dining experiences, anticipate needs, and provide timely service throughout each course.
• Maintain beverage service, including refilling water, coffee, and other beverages as needed.
• Assist with table clearing, resetting, and maintaining a polished dining room appearance.
• Support restaurant operations by maintaining clean, organized service stations and dining areas.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and responsible service standards.
