Job summary

Seneca Resorts & Casinos in New York seeks a professional Fine Dining Waiter/Waitress to provide expert food and beverage service in a fast-paced setting. You will greet guests promptly, maintain menu knowledge, and ensure a high level of hospitality and accuracy in service throughout the dining experience.

The role requires physical stamina for standing and walking, ability to lift trays, and clear communication with guests and team members.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalency preferred.
• Customer service and at least three years of fine dining server experience preferred.
• Proficient in large tray service.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly, and courteous service of food and beverage to all our guests.
• Maintain full knowledge of menu, wine list, and daily features.
• Be hospitable, friendly, and polite with guests, co-workers, and management.
• Greet all guests within one minute in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Serve and clear tables, replenish beverages, and manage check procedures efficiently.
• Assist guests with coats and chairs when departing and ensure guest satisfaction.
