Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Customer service and at least three years of fine dining server experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to stand and carry heavy trays up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly service of food and beverages to all guests.
• Maintain full knowledge of menu, wine list, and daily features.
• Greet guests within one minute in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Serve and clear tables, replenish beverages, and attend to guest needs.
• Assist guests with coats and chairs and ensure guest satisfaction.
