Rosen Shingle Creek in Orlando is seeking a Fine Dining Server for A Land Remembered to provide outstanding guest service. You will seat guests, present menus, take orders, upsell items, and ensure a smooth dining experience while coordinating with kitchen and bar staff.

Prior fine dining experience and physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly are required. The position is part-time within our Food & Beverage team, with opportunities for growth and professional development in a welcoming

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of fine dining experience required.
• Ability to lift to 25 lbs frequently and 50 lbs infrequently.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests professionally.
• Present menus, answer questions, make recommendations, and upsell items.
• Take and deliver food and beverage orders, ensuring proper presentation.
• Anticipate and address guests' needs throughout their dining experience.
• Handle guest payments by providing accurate change or processing credit card transactions through the POS system.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth communication and order delivery.
• Ensure tables are cleared and reset efficiently for the next guests.
• Stock supplies as necessary.
• Open and close the restaurant efficiently and accurately.
• Attend trainings and follow menus, policies and service standards.
• Comply with drug-free and nicotine-free policy.
