Qualifications

• Previous serving experience in a full-service restaurant preferred.
• Fine dining or upscale service experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and guide them to tables.
• Present menus, explain features and pairings, answer questions.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and allergen info.
• Take accurate orders using the POS system and coordinate with kitchen.
• Deliver courses promptly, ensure presentation meets standards.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address requests or concerns.
• Handle payments accurately and participate in pre-shift meetings.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and practice safe service.
• Adhere to responsible alcohol service guidelines and policies.
