Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive kitchen leadership experience in a full-service or fine dining setting.
• Strong understanding of food cost management and labor control.
• Advanced culinary techniques and knife skills.
• Experience in seasonal menu development and menu costing.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily kitchen operations for Lifesaving Station, including hiring, onboarding, training, and scheduling of Culinary Supervisors and line cooks.
• Develop cost-efficient schedules based on forecasted covers, banquet needs, and budgeted labor targets.
• Oversee onboarding, training programs, uniform standards, attendance policies, and culinary expectations.
• Conduct daily culinary briefings and liaise with Restaurant General Manager to align on service pacing and guest expectations.
• Monitor food preparation, sanitation, inventory, production planning, and food cost reporting.
