Atlanta Athletic Club (AAC) invites applications for a Server Assistant in the Merion Dining Room. You will support servers, help with timely food delivery, and keep the dining area clean and organized while ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Prior fine dining experience preferred, but we will train the right candidate.
• Availability Thursday, Friday, and Saturday afternoons/evenings until 10:00 pm.
• Friendly, service-oriented personality with a commitment to exceeding expectations.

Responsibilities

• Support the mission and values of AAC through excellent service.
• Foster teamwork by assisting colleagues on the floor and with side work.
• Complete opening and closing side work for each shift.
• Ensure tables, chairs, and setups are ready before guests are seated.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the dining room throughout the shift.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and fulfill guest requests promptly.
• Maintain knowledge of all menu items and beverage offerings.
• Assist servers with delivering plates and replenishing beverages.
• Clear and reset tables; consistently remove used plates and glassware.
• Monitor condiment inventory and restock as needed.
• Provide support for other departments and club functions when required.
